3 days From Fes to Marrakech oasis Trip
Day 1: Fes to merzouga via Azrou and Erfoud night in the camp
Today you will start your trip to Merzouga in Fes. You stop at Azrou, a small Berber town located in the Middle Atlas mountains. Then you will continue your trip to Erfoud, where you can visit marble quarries and fossils. At the end of the day, you will arrive in Merzouga where you will stay in a traditional camp located on the edge of the desert. You will be able to enjoy the spectacular sunsets and you will have the opportunity to take a camel ride in the desert.
Day 2: Merzouga to Todra Gorges and Dades Gorges
Today you will depart from Merzouga and head towards the Todra Gorge. Along the way, you will visit Rissani, Erfoud, Touroug Tinjdad. Next, you will explore the spectacular Todra Gorge, where you can walk along the 300-meter high limestone cliffs. After lunch, you will travel to the Gorges de Dades where you can admire the stunning rock formations and Berber villages that surround the river. You will then take a 4×4 drive through the Dades Valley before returning to your hotel in Boumalne Dades where you will spend the night.
Day 3: Dades gorges – Skoura – Ait ben haddou – Marrakech
You will start your day by visiting the Gorges de Dades. Here you can admire the spectacular rock formations and enjoy the tranquility of this place. You will then continue your journey to Skoura, a small Berber village located in the valley of the same name. You can admire its many palm groves, as well as its traditional houses in red earth. After stopping in the town of Skoura, you will continue your journey to Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can admire the ramparts and fortifications that protect this fortified village. Finally, you will reach Marrakech.
