Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech
Upon your arrival at the airport in Marrakech, enjoy a transfer to a riad in the medina. Enjoy a relaxing night in the comfort of your riad and prepare for another exciting day of exploration!
Day 2: Marrakech – Telouet kasbah – Ait ben haddou kasbah – Skoura Oasis – Dades Valley
This exciting voyage takes you across majestic landscapes and lets you explore the wonders of the region. Departing from your riad in Marrakech and traveling through the High Atlas Mountains, Telouet, Ait ben haddou, and Ouarzazate, you’ll get to visit famous Kasbahs, Oasis, and Dunes of the Sahara, as well as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Stay overnight in a hotel in the Dades Gorges and explore the wonders that the south of Morocco has to offer. it’s incredible journey and experience the beauty of this mesmerizing region.
Day 3: Dades Gorges – Boumalne – Tinghir – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga
Our merzouga to fes tour takes you across a breathtaking landscape where you can truly appreciate the vastness of the desert. Get up early in the morning to witness the beautiful sunrise in the dunes and enjoy a delicious breakfast in your bivouac. Explore the Erg Chebbi dunes and visit the fascinating Saharan village of Merzouga, followed by Rissani, the Tafilalt market, Erfoud, the Ziz Valley and Midelt. See the monkeys in the forest of Azrou and take in the beauty of Fes before we take you to a comfortable riad in the medina for the night. Day 4: Merzouga desert – Erfoud – Ziz Valley – Azrou – Ifrane – Fes
Admire the majestic sunrise in the dunes, explore the Erg Chebbi dunes and visit the Saharan village of Merzouga, this tour will provide a memorable experience. Our next stop is Tafilalt Market, Ziz Valley and Midelt, and with the possibility of seeing the monkeys in the forest. Finally, the visit ends with an overnight stay in the medina of Fes.
Day 5: Guided tour of Fes
Start your morning in Meknes before exploring the ancient Bab Mansour gate of the Medina, the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum and the ruins of Volubilis in the north of Morocco. Afterwards, spend the night in a magnificent Riad in Chefchaouen and let the beauty of the Rif Mountains take your breath away and create unforgettable memories!
Day 6: Fes – Meknes – Volubilis – Chefchaouen
Chefchaouen is a city in northern Morocco known for its blue-painted buildings and vibrant market. From Chefchaouen, you can travel to Tangier, another city in Morocco located on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. In Tangier, you can visit the medina, a historic quarter in the city with narrow streets and traditional buildings, as well as the caves of Hercules. After exploring Tangier, you can continue to Asilah, a coastal city known for its charming old town and colorful wall paintings. You can spend the night in a hotel in Asilah to experience its beauty and culture.
Day 7: Chefchaouen – Tetouan – Tangier – Asilah
After exploring the medina of Asilah, your next destination is Rabat, the capital city of Morocco. In Rabat, you can visit the Hassan Tower, a historic monument, as well as the Kasbah of the Oudayas, an ancient fortification overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. After visiting these attractions, you can have lunch before leaving for Casablanca, Morocco’s largest city and economic center. In Casablanca, you can spend the night in a hotel and experience the vibrant city life.
Day 8: Asilah – Rabat – Casablanca
In Casablanca, you can visit the famous Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world with an impressive architecture and beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. After visiting the mosque, you will head to Essaouira, a coastal city known for its medina, artisan galleries, and port. On the way to Essaouira, you will pass through Safi, a city famous for its sardine fishing industry. In Essaouira, you can visit the medina and the port of Skala, as well as discover the local artisan galleries. You can spend the night in a Riad, a traditional Moroccan house, located in the medina for a unique and authentic experience.
Day 9: Casablanca – Essaouira
Today we visit the Hassan II mosque in Casablanca, then to travel to Essaouira via Safi, known for sardine fishing. In Essaouira, you will visit the medina and explore the galleries of artisans, visit the port of Skala and spend the night in a Riad in the medina.
Day 10: Essaouira – Marrakech
After a relaxing night in Essaouira, you will return to Marrakech. On the way back, you can stop and discover the argan trees, which are unique to this region, and visit an argan oil cooperative to learn about the production process of argan oil. Finally, you will arrive in Marrakech, where you will be dropped off at your accommodation. 10 days from Marrakech to sahara ends.
