These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Village Morocco Travel. By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Booking & Confirmation
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit agreed upon during the booking process. Once the deposit is received, your tour dates and services will be secured.
The remaining balance is typically paid upon arrival in Morocco unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Methods
We accept secure online payments, bank transfers, Wise, PayPal, and cash payments in Morocco. The remaining balance can usually be paid directly to your driver/guide on the first day of the tour in:
- Euros
- US Dollars
- Moroccan Dirhams
Any transaction or bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.
Prices
All prices are quoted in Euros unless stated otherwise.
Tour prices may vary depending on:
- Number of travelers
- Accommodation category
- Travel dates and season
- Custom requests or upgrades
The final agreed quotation at the time of booking is the valid price for your tour.
Tour Modifications
Because all our tours are private and customizable, modifications may be possible before or during the trip depending on availability and circumstances.
Village Morocco Travel reserves the right to adjust parts of the itinerary when necessary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Road closures
- Safety concerns
- Accommodation availability
- Operational reasons beyond our control
In such cases, we will always provide the closest suitable alternative.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are generally non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
If you need to cancel your trip, please contact us as early as possible. Depending on the situation and notice period, we will do our best to offer flexible solutions whenever possible.
Unused services during the trip are non-refundable.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Trip cancellation
- Medical expenses
- Personal injury
- Lost luggage
- Travel delays
Village Morocco Travel is not responsible for costs related to personal travel incidents.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate personal and travel information
- Ensuring passports and travel documents are valid
- Respecting local laws, customs, and cultural traditions
- Following safety instructions during activities and excursions
Liability
Village Morocco Travel acts as an organizer and intermediary for accommodations, transportation providers, guides, and other travel services. While we carefully select trusted local partners, we cannot be held responsible for:
- Delays caused by weather or traffic
- Force majeure events
- Personal injury or loss during the trip
- Actions of third-party service providers
Force Majeure
Village Morocco Travel is not liable for failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Extreme weather
- Government restrictions
- Political unrest
- Pandemics
- Transportation disruptions
Privacy & Personal Information
Any personal information shared during the booking process is handled securely and used only for organizing your trip and communicating with you.
