After breakfast, travel south to Fes, the oldest of Morocco’s imperial cities and one of the cultural treasures of the Arab world.

Upon arrival, discover the UNESCO-listed medina, one of the largest car-free urban zones on earth.

Wander through ancient alleyways alive with craftsmen, spice sellers, mosaic workshops, leather tanneries, and hidden courtyards. Visit remarkable sites such as Bou Inania Madrasa and admire the city’s timeless atmosphere. Fes offers a deep immersion into Morocco’s living history.

Today, begin the spectacular journey toward the Sahara Desert.

Travel through the Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping in Ifrane, often called the “Switzerland of Morocco,” known for alpine-style architecture and mountain charm. Continue to Azrou’s cedar forests where Barbary macaques roam among ancient trees.

After lunch near Midelt, descend through dramatic landscapes toward Erfoud, famous for fossils and date palms, before reaching Merzouga at the edge of the towering Erg Chebbi dunes.

As the sun begins to set, ride camels across the golden sands to your desert camp. Enjoy traditional Berber music, delicious nomadic cuisine, sandboarding, and an unforgettable night beneath the stars.

Wake to the silence and beauty of the Sahara. After breakfast, enjoy a full day exploring the Merzouga region and discovering authentic desert culture.

Visit Khamlia village, where traditional Gnawa musicians perform hypnotic rhythms rooted in African heritage. Continue to Taouz to see ancient rock engravings carved into the desert landscape centuries ago.

Meet local nomadic families, learn about traditional desert life, and experience the warm hospitality of the Sahara.

Later, return to the Erg Chebbi dunes by camel for another magical evening in camp. Dinner and overnight in a Berber tent under the stars.

After breakfast, begin one of Morocco’s most breathtaking scenic drives. Travel through the oasis region of Tafilalt and continue to the spectacular Todra Gorges, where sheer canyon walls rise dramatically above a crystal-clear riverbed.

Continue through the beautiful Dades Valley, famous for winding roads, red rock formations, and traditional villages. Pass through the palm-filled Skoura Oasis before reaching Ouarzazate, often called the “Hollywood of Africa.”
